Hi to all students - you'll be posting and interacting with each other - as well as me - throughout your daily/weekly reading assignments.
This will encourage greater communication and interaction, and I look forward to seeing you share your thoughts with each other through a venue that allows for online interaction and learning.

Welcome!
My name is Jeremy Wampler. I'm an English teacher with Halifax Area High School, a school located approximately fifteen minutes north of Harrisburg. A quiet, small school district, Halifax is comprised of only a few hundred students that are typically well mannered and eager to explore the world - whether that be through traditional scholastic endeavors, or though anything more avant- garde. As a part of my teaching, students in tenth grade, as well as any students taking Reflections of American Society in Film (or Popular Literature), will work with me to explore American literature and culture primarily focusing on the twentieth century to now.
